The 15th annual May Challenge to Bike to Work, Walk or Jog will take place in May 2025. Try it for a month on your own! Register as part of the additional registration during May. Mass distribution of participant packages will no longer take place from May 9th, each registered participant will receive a discount code in the system for our e-shop, where they can purchase a participant T-shirt or socks. They can thus participate in accompanying events and win great prizes.

We are the AutoMat association and since 2011 we have been motivating thousands of you to use non-motorized transport with the help of the fun and popular challenge Bike, walk or jog to work. The main one is the monthly challenge in May, followed by shorter challenges in January and September. Join us!
The fewer cars, the better we will breathe. Every year during the May Challenge alone, we manage to save as much CO2 as 70,000 trees can absorb in a year! By participating in the challenge, we are literally buying time.
Regular exercise reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease and diabetes. Why not get some exercise in while commuting to and from work or other trips around town and between cities?
