What benefits does the challenge bring to our company?

There is a lot (take a look at our website), but the main thing is always the organization’s participation in a good cause – motivating people towards sustainable mobility and active transport.

Some colleagues do not receive newsletters and therefore do not have all the news.

In order for news, discount codes and invitations to be delivered directly to their mailboxes, they must check the box at the very bottom “I want to receive news by e-mail” in the “Change personal data” section of their participant profile. Or they can apply via the form on our website.



I wasa company coordinator already in previous years. Do I have to register again?

Yes, registration as a company coordinator must be done again every year.

I want to become a corporate coordinator. How to do it?

If you have not yet paid the participation fee, select the option “I want my employer to pay for me” in the fourth step of registration, and if the company does not have a company coordinator, you should be offered the opportunity to become a company coordinator. If you have already paid*, please contact our user support at firmy@dopracenakole.cz or phone number +420 234 697 800 during Mon-Fri: 10:00-15:00.

I'm a company coordinator, but I don't want to participate in the challenge.

Our company has a corporate coordinator, but we want to change him/her.

I have been a company coordinator for several times, but I have changed employers. It's alright?

Yes, but every year you have to become a company coordinator again (even if you stay in the same company) and you can become a coordinator of any company.

How to set up starting package subscribers?

Select the link in the Corporate Coordinator section <a href=”https://dpnk.dopracenakole.cz/spolecnost/struktura/”>Pobočky </a>and there you will find an “edit” button for each branch. There you can enter the responsible person with an email and especially with a phone number. This person will be notified in advance by SMS about the delivery time of the package. We recommend<strong>at each branch</strong> to specify a specific addressee, thus preventing tracking of packages.

We want results for our organization for this year.

In the Company Coordinator section, select the Contests link. There you will find both a link to the rankings and the option to download the exact results of all your employees in tabular format. Editing branches and organization

Can I edit/delete branches directly in the system?

Yes, in the Corporate Coordinator section, select the Branches link – there should be an ‘edit’ button for each. You can edit branches, but not delete them, if you need to delete a branch, write to us at firmy@dopracenakole.cz.

I need to move a participant.

Leave this action to the participant. In his profile, he just has to choose the Change team option.

I need to delete a participant

As a rule, we only allow until the moment when the starting package is sent to the participant. After that, we can no longer delete him or her. However, he/she a can find a substitute (colleague, family member, etc.) Alternatively, write to us at: firmy@dopracenakole.cz.

We want to change the name, address or company identification number.

In the Company coordinator section, select the Company address link, there you can edit all the data needed for company identification and invoicing.

I don't see several employees, they say they signed up under our company.

It is possible that someone has created a duplicate company to yours. Write to us at firmy@dopracenakole.cz.


Where can I find the invoice? And when do I have to start taking care of her?

In the Corporate Coordinator section, select the Invoices link. Please generate the invoice only when you have registered all participants; but no later than mid-May.

We need to make changes to an already issued invoice, merge already generated invoices.

If you need to make adjustments to invoices that affect VAT, these changes must be made no later than the 15th day of the following month. Therefore, request them well in advance during the time Mon-Fri 10:00-15:00 on the telephone number: +420 234 697 800, or on the e-mail firmy@dopracenakole.cz.

Editing an invoice

Amendment of the invoice with respect to VAT is only possible until the 15th day of the month following its issue.

Division into branches and reformulation of invoices

Before you generate the invoice from the system, please contact our user support during Mon-Fri 10:00-15:00 on phone number +420 234 697 800, or on e-mail firmy@dopracenakole.cz.

Waves of registrations and price

Dates and prices of registration waves can be found here. The company coordinator must always approve the registered participants before the end of the wave. That way they will receive the starting package on time and you won’t have to pay a higher starter fee for them.


How to proceed if a colleague has paid himself or herself?

It depends if an invoice has already been generated for your company. If not, a refund is not a problem. Please contact our user support during Mon-Fri 10:00-15:00 on the phone number +420 234 697 800, or on the e-mail firmy@dopracenakole.cz. If the invoice has already been generated, it is much more complicated, contact us.
